The buoys were built in the late 70s, early 80s….and well maintained according to the owners.

According to the owners, buoys only need greasing of moving parts, blasting and painting and it won’t take more than 1 month.

Buoys are not classed. Can be classed after overhaul.

Owners say they can refurbish the buoys for extra cost if desired. Might cost about US$ 200,000 additional for refurbs.
